Hotel Policy

Book Standard Double Room equipped with comfortable twin bed with Internet access, Central heating, Hair Dryer and much more. These rooms feature a two twin beds with plush fabrics, comforters and pillows ready to make your stay enjoyable and refreshing.

Use of internet is complimentary. All rooms and public area have WIFI facility.
Complimentary welcome tea with face towel provided at the arrival of the guest.
Every room is supplied with TV, Safety box, mini fridge, Tea set, water boiler, weighing machine, hair dryer, bath rope, Towel, face towel, bath mat, and slipper.
Amenities provided in the room are dental kid, shaving kid, shampoo and conditioner, Coffee, Milk, Sugar and Green Tea.

Terms & Condition

The agents reserving the room shall make 40% deposits to confirm rooms, subject to non refundable if canceled and the balance of 60%before the guest checks out or on check our time.

The agents shall inform the hotel management immediately on any kind of changes, so that we can do necessary changes

The agents shall be contacted if the hotel management gets any query for reservation on dates over lapping your reservation dates till the advance is deposited as per clause given above.

The hotel management reserves the right to allocate rooms to other agents if the above stated deposit is not made on time.

All correspondence concerning reservation or cancelation has to be made on writing to the concern person.

Seasons

50% of the reservation shall be given to hotel if there is cancelation within 31-60 days from the time of reservation.

100% of the reservation shall be given to hotel if there is cancelation within 30 days from the time of reservation.

Off Seasons

50% of the reservation shall be given to hotel if there is cancelation within 11-30 days from the time of reservation

100% of the reservation shall be given to hotel if there is cancelation within 10 days from the time of reservation.

FOC

Every booking above 13 rooms per night shall be given 01 deluxe room 100% free +50% free on food applies to team leader.

Hotel Policy

Child policy:

Child below 5 years can be considered FOC but only one child per room.
Child with bed criteria includes 5 years and above.
Child without bed includes below 5 years.
Extra beds includes 5 years and above.

Photo Identity

All the guest are requested to produce approved identity card/ valid permit for Indian nationals and valid passport and Visa for foreign nationals upon arrivals.

Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy shall apply to those agents who want confirmation of rooms, 60 days prior to the date of arrival.
